This t-shirt is a play on the word "Ketchup" and saying "Catch Up" instead to inspire others to keep their beliefs in Jesus. The actual design itself also is made to look like a ketchup bottle which is sure to bring a smile to someone's day as it is such a common condiment.
From there, the shirt goes on to say, "Lettuce Praise & Relish Him". Lettuce and relish are both common toppings that are used with ketchup usually on hot dogs or hamburgers.
