Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the location. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days after shipped.

All items can be exchanged or return for free within 30 days of when you receive the item no questions asked.

Simple e-mail us at support@lordislight.com and we'll send you postage so you can mail the item back to us on our dime. Once we get the item, we'll refund the full price back to you. :)
