Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which can be your order # after you make initial contact with us. Please reach out to us directly via email ( support@lordislight.com ) or direct message on Facebook ( https://facebook.com/LordisLight ) or Instagram ( https://instagram.com/Lord.is.Light ) with your order # and a brief reason for why you wish to return the item. If you need a new size, a different design, or a refund, we will send you postage you can use to send the item back to us. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Then your refund and a credit (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchange (if applicable)

After your item is received and inspected as indicated above, we will process a new order for you in the agreed upon initial contact with our customer service. For example, if you need a new size or a different design, we will then ship the new product to you and you will receive a new tracking number on your email. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lordislight.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items a maximum of one time if they are not the correct size or do not fit correctly.

To return your product, you should first contact us directly at support@lordislight.com or on our Facebook or Instagram accounts. We will help process shipping in order for you to get your item to us!


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
